Mike is a veteran in the real estate industry as well as a President of Prudential RNT Real Estate, Seattle's leading real estate consulting and training organization.

Mike has been involved in real estate sales, investing, and brokerage management for more than 10 years. During that time, he has built a reputation for success on a foundation of hard work, education to personal goals and 100% commitment to his customers.

Mike was born in Central Viet Nam, a war-torn country of many decades. Mike escaped Vietnam in 1989 to China during Beijing's Tienamen Square incident and lived in China, Hong Kong and the Philippines and was admitted to United States in 1993 as a refugee through the sponsorship of the United States government. After college, he entered the real estate business in 1997. He once said, "There is no way to live in the richest nation on the planet while being broke."

In 2002, Mike became a self-made multi-millionaire and earned the honor of becoming the first immigrant Windermere owner in the city of Seattle. After a career of selling homes and earning the  honor of being one of the top realtors, he decided the time was right to launch his own company. Five years later, Prudential RNT Real Estate is one of the top companies with many successful agents and thousands of satisfied buyers and sellers.

Mike's ability to train and teach his uncommon sale and investing techniques have helped many agents achieve and exceed their business and personal goals. He inspires all agents to produce at high levels and to apply strict rules of business to their real estate careers. He is an expert on sale, investing training and motivation as well as a leader by demonstration of his skills and knowledge.
